Minimum Qualifications:

• Freshgraduate / Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Menguasai alat tes psikologi dan teknik interview
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Target oriented dan fokus pada hal detail
• Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Melaksanakan proses pencarian kandidat
• Melakukan proses perjanjian kerja karyawan baru
• Melakukan kerjasama dengan sekolah, Universitas, Instansi Pemerintah dan Lembaga-lembaga Lainnya
