Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to stakeholders.
Work with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters related to organizational plans, performance management, and company culture.
Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks associated with daily employee management.
Collaborate with management and personnel to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and the organization as a whole, enhancing the employee experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of various HR disciplines, including diversity and inclusion, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
Able to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.
Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
