Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Innovate ideas, solutions, programs, and policies for the HR department.
  • Efficiency Drive: Drive HRM efficiency and effectiveness to enhance company performance.
  • Effective Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve employee-related issues comprehensively and objectively.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation and improvement processes.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen.
