This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Human Capital Business Partner to join the dynamic team at Passion Jewelry in Serpong, Banten. As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation by partnering with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic HR business partnering support to senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of people management
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and design tailored talent acquisition, development and retention strategies
• Lead the implementation of organisational design and change management initiatives to enable business transformation
• Facilitate leadership and team development programmes to enhance individual and team effectiveness
• Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture aligned with the company's values
• Analyse HR data and metrics to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Capital Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR advisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organisational development and change management
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate HR initiatives into commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proficient in data analysis and the ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making
