Maintain good profit regarding the HUB's operational performance
Cost-saving initiatives driven
Develop and maintain the Hub operational process and principles in line with business and transport, and distribution development
Responsible for maintaining and improving best working practices and industry standards, to deliver agreed service levels
Responsible for recording and monitoring performance standards within the partner service quality operation and ensuring this is briefed out to all concerned
Develop KPI’s reporting and scorecard reporting update for the KPI’s of the partner service quality operation, utilizing all available resources data on hand, including own partners' update data
Drive initiative with the partner to improve order fulfillment capabilities
Analyze to enable better decision-making on the overall hub distribution strategy
Enter into a partnership with 3PL or another partner entity
Daily contact with key personnel with 3PL or other partner entity
Facilitate annual contract negotiation and RFQ process
Understand the capacity and bottleneck of the 3PL or other partner entity network, and know the strong/weak areas
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a related major and a reputable university
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics/Hub Operations Area
Good understanding of warehousing and hub processes
Good knowledge of logistic functions
Good understanding of fundamental business processes
Can create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse operations
Good understanding of computer literacy, expects MS. Office, System, Database
Good communication skills and teamwork
