Main Accountabilities

• Support HSE Manager to continuously implement ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentation & implementation.
• Daily operational support of implementation of Operational HSE System in the Siegwerk Indonesia site complying with Siegwerk Global requirements and local regulations.
• Health, Safety, & Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
• Support execution and documentation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Management System.
• Assist HSE manager in regular internal HSE audits.
• Follow up on required action plans as coordinated with HSE managers.
• Support HSE training executions and documentation.
• Back up HSE manager on Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment & OH&S Risk Assessment annual review with the HSE PIC of all sections.
• Provide required data to establish occupational safety & health & environment goals and monthly HSE reporting procedures.
• In coordination with Maintenance Team, regularly check on fire protection systems (fire detectors & fire fighting systems).
• Support HSE manager in coordination with Production Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, other HSE Committee Members, & other key HSE personnel.
• Support execution of emergency response team training.
• Support HSE logistics in Surabaya Blending Center, Inplant GG Kediri, Inplant BMJ Karawang, and other major inplants.
• Support implementation of safety training and HSE inspections on site.
• Documentation for the review on Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment & OH&S Risk Assessment.
• Responsible for daily operational monitoring of waste management practices and wastewater treatment plant.
• Support implementation of environmental monitoring and Industrial hygiene program.
• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, & ISO 45001:2018 Accreditation Status & Quality Management System measurement.
• Conduct regular safety inspections & training.

What do You bring as HSE Executive

• Educational Background: OH&S or engineering major.
• Certification on Safety Expert (AK3 Umum or other AK3).
• Minimum Experience: 5 years in HSE related fields in various industries (chemical preferred).
• Excellent understanding of Emergency response management.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 documentation & implementation.
• Experience in conducting HSE trainings & toolbox meetings.
• Experience in government reporting for OH&S & environments.
• Excellent in Ms. Office & additional skills in photo & video editing software preferred.
• Proficient in English (writing & oral).
