HSE Manager

A Pearl Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HSE Manager (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and maritime safety regulations
2. Ensure all operations adhere to international safety standards related to diving and maritime activities
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate hazards
4. Lead safety training programs to ensure all personnel understand and comply with HSE requirements
5. Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
6. Collaborate with senior management to drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
7. Manage and develop a large HSE team as well as ensuring optimal performance, training and continuous improvement
8. Provide strategic hiring solutions to ensure the right personnel are onboarded for maritime safety operations
9. Maintain compliance with national and international maritime safety regulations

Requirements:

1. Excellent in written and spoken English communication
2. Proven experience working as a HSE Manager or in a similar role
3. Proven experience in the maritime or diving industry
4. Certified or knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015
5. Extensive experience in managing large teams and implementing hiring solutions
6. Strong leadership with emotional and age maturity to handle high-pressure situations effectively
7. Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment and emergency response in a maritime environment
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
9. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
