HRGA Supervisor

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in HR management at Japanese Manufacturing company
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing HR and general affairs teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HR team members and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Employee Relations
• Compliance and Administration:
• Oversee facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services. Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks.
• Implement and oversee health and safety procedures within the workplace.
