Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle booking of air ticketing and accommodation for all the employee’s business trips.
  2. Submit payment of the monthly billing of all the water and electricity billing.
  3. Handle for monthly purchase for all the office supplies and office pantry.
  4. Maintenance of office supplies stock.
  5. Helping GA Manager to filling contract and other legal company documents.
  6. Make weekly report of company activities.
  7. Assist the GA Manager with organizing company events and meetings.
  8. Assist the GA Manager in all matters regarding GA.

Requirements:

  1. Has min. Diploma Degree in any field.
  2. Good English ability is a MUST.
  3. Able to speak Mandarin is highly desirable.
  4. Can operate a computer (at least Ms. Office).
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
  7. Can speak Mandarin is a plus point.
  8. Can join ASAP.
  9. Domicile in Jakarta Barat would be much preferred.
