Job description
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Oversee training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.

Administration:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for HR and administrative tasks.

Business Contract Management (is a Plus):

  • Draft and Review business contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, business contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
