Job description
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Oversee training programs and career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
Administration:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for HR and administrative tasks.
Business Contract Management (is a Plus):
Draft and Review business contracts and agreements.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, and contract management.
Strong understanding of labor laws, business contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is a
must
.
