Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Controlling and handling day-to-day activities of HR.
  2. Recording all employment contracts and controlling for any expired contracts or extensions.
  3. Improving and maintaining an integrated Employee Database/Employee Historical data.
  4. Coordinating with the HR Group for all terminations, recruiting, salary processes, and issues regarding employee discipline.
  5. Maintaining external and internal communication to create a conducive work atmosphere.
  6. Reporting to the Director and HRGA Manager on all HR-related issues, including recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and general affairs.
  7. Handling all activities related to General Affairs.

Requirements:

  1. Age 27 - 40 years old.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/GA.
  3. Strong leadership skills.
  4. Good knowledge and experience in payroll (salary calculation, BPJS, PPh21), end-to-end recruitment, job evaluation, HR policies, and comprehension of PP No. 35 years 2021, especially for industrial relations issues.
  5. Ability to address critical issues regarding industrial contracts/status.
  6. Willing to be placed in our sister company PT. Grenex Perkasa Indonesia in Jakarta and travel to site locations if needed.
