HRGA Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or other related fields. A Master's Degree (S2) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager or similar position (prior experience in the Palm Oil Plantation industry is a plus).
• Deep understanding of labor regulations and related laws.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and HRIS.
• Proficiency in Hokkien or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Analyze the company's HR needs and develop recruitment, training, and employee development plans.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees.
• Develop a performance management system and provide feedback to employees.
• Plan and manage employee training and development programs to enhance competencies and performance.
• Manage employee administration, including employee data, attendance, leave, and other related administration.
• Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and related laws.
• Build and maintain good relationships with employees.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes.
• Ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Manage office facilities and company assets.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office equipment.
• Manage relationships with vendors and related third parties.
• Ensure the safety and security of the work environment.
