Job description

HR & GA Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, personnel management and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Manager will supervise general affairs operations, including office management, facilities management, and corporate events, ensuring a productive, positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment & selection process for new hires, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding program.
  • Conduct performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Supervise and organize employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records, leave management.
  • Foster positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional divisions and teams to support organizational development initiatives, employee competencies, and talent management strategies.
  • Monitor and coordinate GA Staff in managing office facilities, including equipment, furniture, cleanliness, and security, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage company assets, including vehicles, buildings, office equipment, and inventory, and arrange for necessary maintenance and services.
  • Manage and coordinate GA Staff for procurement and expenses, including price negotiations, stock monitoring, and payments to suppliers.
  • Oversee vendor agreements and maintain good relationships with vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Certifications: HR certifications are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
