HRD Supervisor

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and training and development.
• Supervise HR administration activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct coaching and counseling for all subordinates and employees to minimize disputes.
• Ensure continuous improvement processes in HR by updating methods, processes, or systems to support operational activities efficiently.
• Ensure timely availability of management reports.
• Collaborate with Director to develop job competencies, employee development programs, and their implementation.
• Supervise the execution of the performance management system.
• Coordinate and manage the general affairs of the organization, such as facilities management, office administration, and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, learning & development).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Professional demeanour and proactive approach to solving challenges.
• Proven ability to manage upwards, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
