• Responsible for controlling the entire HR Department Process
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Supervising training needs analysis and training process
• Revising and implementing job descriptions, payroll, and performance appraisals
• Conducting coaching and counseling

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR fields or 3 years as HR Manager
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
• Required skills: recruitment, training and development, organizational development, compensation and benefits, industrial relations
• Good understanding of UU TK
• Candidates must be willing to be placed in Bandung
• Willing to do business trips
