HRD Generalist Staff

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management, or Law with minimal 3 years experience in the same position/level
• Experience in handling administration of HR systems and understanding HR functions
• Knowledge of UU No. 13 tahun 2003 and UUCK
• Proactive individual, able to work independently and multitask under a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Work accurately with close attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Handle recruitment process with psychological tests
• Support training and development for all employees
• Manage employee administration processes (HRIS, leave, attendance, overtime, ID cards, MCU, etc.)
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases
• Prepare HR documents and administration
