Job description

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner.

Experience in a Chinese company is a MUST.

Fluent in English; fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational success.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends to drive decision-making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

Partnering with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.

Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Manage compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure legal compliance and a positive employee experience.

Facilitate organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity.

Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
