HRBP Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to join our dynamic team at PT RGE Indonesia in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives and fostering a positive, engaged work environment for our employees.

What you'll be doing

1. Partnering with business leaders to understand their people-related needs and develop tailored HR strategies.
2. Providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including Manpower Planning, Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations and Shared Services.
3. Driving the implementation of HR initiatives and policies to enhance employee engagement, productivity and wellbeing.
4. Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
5. Analysing HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations and internal HR policies.

What we're looking for

1. 3+ years of demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
2. Strong understanding of HR best practices and expertise in various HR disciplines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
5. Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
6. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Willing to be placed at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
