Full time

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
• Having 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Organizational Development is highly preferred.
• Experienced in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
• Intermediate skills in Ms. Excel (at least fluent in using Vlookup and Pivot).
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and has a strong drive to meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility

• Gather, validate, and compute data from monthly performance assessments.
• Document and analyze data for employee promotions.
• Socialize performance reviews, guidance, and timelines.
• Proficient with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other performance management tools.
• Skilled in professionally calculating numerical data.
