HR Team - Learning & Development Specialist for Havanna Reflexology

Responsibilities

Arrange and manage the growth process of all staff to increase their capacities and capabilities by creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

1. Lead on the design and delivery of induction training courses.
2. To lead on the design and implementation of all core mandatory training courses.
3. Evaluate all training and its effectiveness to continually assess content is fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning & development system.
4. To carry out capability assessments across the organization.
5. Managing administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires and maintaining great partnership working with external training providers.
6. Support with the internal communications for learning initiatives across the organization.
7. Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

Requirements

1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar fields.
2. Experience in Human Resources or related fields for min. 1-2 years.
3. Excellent knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) in English and Indonesia.
5. Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical and organizational skills.
6. Have experience in facilitating training and meetings.
7. Be familiar with databases, online people platforms or managing an internal system.
8. Be able to collate, run reports and provide data insights.
9. Ability to analyze training needs and evaluations.
10. Passion for learning and development and supporting people to reach their potential.
11. A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
12. Ability to work with People & Performance Management.
