HR SUPERVISOR (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in personnel administration, experience in e-commerce or Internet industry preferred.
2. Proficient in Indonesian and Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), can be used as working language.
3. Familiar with Indonesian labor law and related policies preferred.
4. Good communication skills, organizational coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Job responsibilities：

1. Human Resources Management:
   
   1. Responsible for recruitment, interviews, onboarding procedures and employee file management.
   2. Assist in formulating and improving the company's human resources policies to ensure compliance with local Indonesian laws and regulations.
   3. Handle the signing, renewal, change and termination of employee labor contracts.
   4. Manage employee attendance, vacation, overtime and other records to ensure data accuracy.
   5. Assist in employee performance evaluation, salary and benefits calculation and distribution.
2. Administrative management:
   
   1. Responsible for daily office administrative affairs, including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, cleaning management, etc.
   2. Organize internal meetings and activities of the company, and take meeting minutes and provide logistical support.
   3. Manage company documents, contracts and other important information to ensure standardized filing.
   4. Assist in the application and renewal of relevant company licenses and permits.
   5. Assist business and other colleagues in translation work.
   6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
