Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring in Law/Psychology/Management with min. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience in the food and beverages industry
• Possess knowledge of labor law in Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic English proficiency, both written and oral is preferred

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the team's target achievement and the implementation of SOP properly
• Create and manage manpower planning to support business operations
• Conduct the selection and recruitment process
• Prepare, update and monitor probationary periods, contracts, and appointments of employees
• Review and process employees' salary, compensation, and benefit standards in accordance with the law
• Other ad-hoc tasks instructed by HR Manager
