HR Staff

• Candidate must have an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Psychology, Management of Human Resource, Law, or any relevant major.
• At least 3 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at a Manufacturing Company.
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook) and familiar with ERP/SAP programs.
• Knowledge & experience of using recruitment platforms, BPJS Health (e-Dabu), and BPJS Employment (SIPP).
• Proficient in using and processing employee data by HRIS or manually.
• Good communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and creative with initiatives for improvement.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Pandeglang.
• Willing to undergo training for at least 3 months at the Cikarang, Cibitung, and Karawang branches.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening resumes, conducting and coordinating interviews, and offer management. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employment Management & Compensation: Perform personnel-related administration such as absence, leave, overtime, and BPJS.
• People Development Management: Manage training/learning and performance appraisal.
• Industrial Relations Management: Disseminate rules and regulations and ensure company policies are in line with applicable laws.
• Ensure a comfortable, clean, and safe working environment.
