HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

HR Specialist HRIS and Foreign Worker Administration

• Candidate must have an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in any relevant major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at a Manufacturing Company (Open to Fresh Graduates).
• Computer literacy (Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/SAP programs.
• Understanding of foreign worker permit processes (visa, passport, IMTA, KITAS, etc.).
• Good communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and creative with initiative for improvement.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both oral and written, will be an added advantage.
• Position located at PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Cikarang.

Work Description:

• Manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle passport and visa processing for foreign and local workers.
• Manage work permits and expatriate documentation, ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist in tax documentation and reporting for foreign workers.
• Ensure payroll integration with HRIS and attendance systems.
• Provide HR reports to the Taiwan Hon Chuan headquarters weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
