Organize recruitment interviews based on the employment needs of various departments for Indonesian employees, assist in screening and evaluating candidates, and ensure timely fulfillment of departmental talent requirements.
Responsible for the personnel management of Indonesian employees, including establishing and maintaining employee personnel records, regularly updating and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Manage labor contracts for Indonesian employees, including contract signing, renewal, modification, and termination. Additionally, handle and archive confidentiality agreements, family record cards, identity cards, tax cards, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance and security of personnel records.
Prepare, compile, and analyze periodic and monthly HR reports, ensuring data accuracy to support HR decision-making.
Coordinate with the Group HR department, manage the entry of Indonesian employee information into the NC system, and ensure data synchronization with the group system for standardized and efficient information management.
Handle other HR-related tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, probation, job transfers, resignation procedures, social security and benefits management, employee relations, and other HR matters assigned by superiors to ensure comprehensive and efficient HR operations.
Carry out temporary assignments or assist other departments as required by superiors to support smooth and efficient company operations and willing to be transferred or assigned to another department of the request if there is a work need.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Male/Female, maximum age is 30-40.
Min. Diploma degree (D3) in Human Resources, Business Management, or related major.
Experience in a HR compliance role through at least a minimum of 2 years related experience.
Fluency in Active Mandarin and Active English.
Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork.
Hard-working, honest and trustworthy, conscientious in work, strong sense of responsibility, restrictions may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent conditions.
Work Location: Morowali Site, Central Sulawesi.
Willing to travel for a business trip.
