To support Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.
Responsible for talent management including motivating and developing staff's capacity to achieve the highest level of performance.
Perform human resource management administration including: Maintaining HR databases to ensure that all recruitment and other employee-related information is managed and processed appropriately; Ensuring that the staff timesheets are submitted on time for payroll calculation and attendance record; Administering and calculating staff BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan.
Support the recruitment process from advertising, shortlisting, and interview arrangements.
Be a point of contact for staff entering/leave management and ensure that adequate documentation and entering/leave database is attended.
