Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To support Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.
  2. Responsible for talent management including motivating and developing staff's capacity to achieve the highest level of performance.
  3. Perform human resource management administration including: Maintaining HR databases to ensure that all recruitment and other employee-related information is managed and processed appropriately; Ensuring that the staff timesheets are submitted on time for payroll calculation and attendance record; Administering and calculating staff BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan.
  4. Support the recruitment process from advertising, shortlisting, and interview arrangements.
  5. Be a point of contact for staff entering/leave management and ensure that adequate documentation and entering/leave database is attended.
  6. Recording and maintaining office assets; Responsible Office License; managing daily office supply needs (ATK, drinking water, etc); Maintaining Office Supplies & Equipment; and maintenance.
  7. Responsible for managing Employee reimbursements;
  8. Responsible for payment requests for office needs;
  9. Responsible for cleanliness;
  10. Handling company events.
  11. Updating HR documents and staff records, ensuring legal compliance, reviewing company policies, recording holiday leaves, filling employment contracts, and creating statistical reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting, Psychology, or Law.
  2. Experienced in HR Generalist role for 1-2 years.
  3. Language: Mastery in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiar with Man Power Regulation and Income Tax Regulation.
  6. Good commercial and business awareness.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT, and numerical abilities.
  8. Skills in problem identification and resolution.
  9. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
  10. Outstanding knowledge of spreadsheets.
  11. Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and perform high-level supervisory duties in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
  12. Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
  13. Have high integrity.
