HR Service & Payroll administration

This is a full-time HR Service & Payroll Administration role based in Serpong Banten with Passion Jewelry. In this position, you will play a crucial part in the HR team, focusing on payroll administration and HR services to support the operational and strategic objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and distribution
• Maintain employee records and update personnel files
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as leave, healthcare, and other entitlements
• Provide HR support to employees, including answering queries and guiding them through HR-related processes
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll administration or HR services
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax and statutory deductions
• Proficient in HR administration, including employee records management and benefits administration
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data entry and spreadsheet management
• Familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations
