Our client is a multinational electronics manufacturing located in Batam.

Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day human resources function, including Industrial Relations.
• Becoming a solid business partner for management and users to provide insights and strategies in relation to people.
• Managing and maintaining a good relationship with the labor union to ensure a productive environment for all levels of the organization.
• Driving policy implementation, improvement, and development of the organization, and digitization of the HR function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess:

• Willingness to relocate to Batam.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing company, preferably with a large workforce.
• 10 years of experience within the HR function, with a minimum of 4 years in management.
• Experience in handling labor unions.
• Experience in implementing change and digitization of HR systems.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English.
