Bachelor’s degree in law/human resources/psychology from a reputable university.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ working experience, preferably in HR Industrial Relation or legal consultant.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good knowledge of local HR practices, labor laws (e.g., Labor Law No 13 of 2023, Omnibus Law on Job Creation/Cipta Kerja), payroll calculation, social security/BPJS updates, and other HR-related regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with various levels of authority and diverse environments.
Ability to handle clients’ confidential information and data professionally.
Job Description
Assist in drafting and populating employment agreements.
Review and register company regulations and other HR-related documents.
Support the handling of industrial relations cases, e.g., prepare & register paperwork for employment termination.
Process monthly payroll promptly and accurately.
Maintain BPJS Health & BPJS Manpower accurately.
Process employee income tax reporting in compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on local HR practices, labor laws, and BPJS/Social Security regulations.
Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor to support HR activities.
