HR Project & Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Manage and track key
HR projects
to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
Prepare reports and dashboards on HR performance, workforce trends, and key business metrics.
Support business operations by analyzing HR-related data and providing actionable insights.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for HR initiatives.
Develop materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with different teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
Handle ad-hoc business and HR-related tasks as assigned by the VP.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields.
Experience in Strategy, Business Analyst, or HRBP Field within 1-2 years
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in
PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across different departments.
Experience in
HR project management, reporting, or business analysis
is a plus.
