Job Description:

Currently our client, a well-established brand in the Beauty industry is looking for an HR People Development Manager in the Malang area as described below:

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 3 years of working experience as HR Manager.
• Having experience leading a team.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant HR information systems is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Performance management and development.
• Compensation and benefits administration.
• Employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
• Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
