Job description

HR Payroll Admin Staff (Proficiency in Korean is required)

  • Payroll management (A to Z):
    - Accurately calculate, verify, and pay employees' salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, severance, and other benefits.
    - Ensure employees receive them in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards.
    - The purpose of which is to improve employee job performance.
  • BPJS Administration:
    - Calculation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance),
    - payments, and reporting, and coordinating with relevant agencies to ensure compliance with government policies.
  • Severance pay administration:
    - Calculating severance pay, reviewing documents, and directing payments to third parties to ensure employees receive their entitlements in accordance with company regulations.
  • Expense reporting and reconciliation:
    - Reporting and reconciling expenditures in accordance with employee entitlements, including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and severance pay, in collaboration with the finance and accounting departments.
    - Ensuring alignment of spend data with company budgets.
  • Tax administration:
    - Calculating and filing PPh 21 (employee income tax) to ensure accurate payment in accordance with government policy.
  • Managing employee data:
    - Managing employee data, including account information, employment status, and other information related to payroll.
  • Responding to employee inquiries:
    - Handling employee inquiries or complaints related to payroll, overtime, and deductions.
  • Other Administrative Support Duties

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Korean is required
    *Must be able to communicate effectively with the headquarters in Korea.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end payroll operations
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management and Tax Accounting Reporting
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax Accounting or related field

  • Candidates available for immediate start will be given preference.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience
  • Individuals with a meticulous and positive personality
  • Proficient in Korean
