HR Operations Associate, Cross-Border Business (Relocation to Batam required)

We’re looking for an HR Operations Associate (Accounts) to join our Account Operations team, to go above and beyond in every interaction, consistently exceeding service level requirements and creating an environment where exceptional managed talent experiences are the norm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding process
• Ensure HR compliance and stay up-to-date with local regulations
• Achieve salary disbursement timeliness and accuracy
• Ensure payroll process compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate HRMS data management
• Achieve defined issue resolution times in HubSpot ticketing
