Job description
Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law
, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience
in HR operations, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of
Indonesian labor regulations
and HR administration (payroll, social security, contracts, etc.).
Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This role will be responsible for:
Manage recruitment and onboarding, particularly for sales, vehicle inspection, and operations teams.
Ensure employee administration complies with labor regulations (contracts, attendance, payroll, social security, etc.).
Monitor employee performance based on KPIs and provide recommendations for workforce development.
Oversee benefits, compensation, and performance-based incentives.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Develop employee engagement strategies to improve retention and motivation.
