Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
3. Experience in handling BPJS administration for hundreds to thousands of employees.
4. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
7. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, G-drive, Spreadsheet, Google Docs.

Job Description:

1. BPJS Management:
2. Register and manage BPJS.
3. Handle BPJS-related paperwork and ensure timely monthly payments.
4. Stay updated with BPJS policies and ensure the company is compliant.
5. Contract Management:
6. Prepare and manage employment contracts.
7. Ensure contracts are up-to-date and legally compliant.
8. Handle contract renewals or terminations as needed.
9. Administration Process:
10. Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
11. Maintain organized and accurate employee records.
12. Assist in coordinating HR activities and processes.
13. Data Management:
14. Keep employee data secure and updated in the company’s system.
15. Generate reports on HR-related data for management.
16. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
