Ensure the execution of Human Resources activities (employee management and development, as well as organizational management) at the site level to support the company’s operational activities in compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.
Implement organizational development programs in alignment with the company’s strategy, policies, and needs to ensure the effective application of these strategies and policies in the field.
Monitor the recruitment and selection process of labor supply candidates in accordance with operational needs to support the company’s activities.
Implement employee development programs through internal/external training or assessments, aligned with the approved company budget and requirements.
Oversee the implementation of an integrated HR information system that maintains a comprehensive employee database through HR System applications.
Execute administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Review monthly calculations for overtime, medical reimbursement claims (in-patient and out-patient), and travel expenses for employees with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations.
Document employee development programs, including internal/external training or assessments, to ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Law or related field
Min 2 years of working experience as HR Officer
Strong competencies in office administration, recruitment & selection management, training management, and human resources information system (HRIS)
Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan (non-roster)
