Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements.
Manage employee disciplinary actions and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
Implement best practices in HR in the organization with a proper approach.
Create reports related to human resources.
Make and control manpower budgeting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology/human resource management is preferable.
Minimum 5 years experience in the same field, preferably from the mining industry.
Fluent in Mandarin Speaking, reading and texting.
Excellent leadership skills & handling subordinates.
Good analytical thinking, attention to details and target oriented.
Strong knowledge of human resource management, regulation, & best practices in the mining industry.
