Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure the effective management of personnel and compliance with labor laws.
  • Playing a key role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee relations, and supporting the company’s strategic goals and culture.
  • Strong in Culture & Development to transfer the company’s values to employees.
  • Traveling to sites.
  • Recruitment and staffing, employee development.
  • Employee relations and performance management.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance and legal.
  • HR policies and procedures, HR administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience traveling and managing employees on-site.
  • Initiative, creativity, and integrity.
