Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the TA team to support the recruitment process, such as interviews, offers, onboarding preparation, etc., and with the business team to support employee movements, such as job evaluations, salary proposals, relocations, announcements, etc.
  • You will work with HR leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts associated with reorganizations and transformations, supporting HR leaders to implement capability-building projects, such as competency guide implementation, career pathing projects, IDP follow-up, etc., and for performance management processes, talent, and succession plan reviews.
  • You will work closely with the talent management team to manage the reward and recognition program for the plant organization and participate in engagement result analysis, focus groups, and action plan development, in conjunction with business and HR leaders, and follow up on engagement action plans.
  • You will maintain updated Labour Laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees, ensuring people management complies with local legal regulations.
  • You will collaborate with leadership on matters of policy and terms of memoranda of understanding before and throughout the negotiation process and with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiations with employees and labor groups.
  • You will ensure the appropriate strategies, business plans, policies, and procedures are developed, approved, communicated to the relevant stakeholders, and implemented, handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitoring timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
  • You will coordinate manning plan development with the function leader and control manning within responsible areas to ensure under AOP and meet business requirements; prepare a database for compensation and HR cost planning and support various human resources plans development and implementation.
  • You will monitor OT within budget and aligned with internal and government regulations.

Primary Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 6 to 8 years of HR management experience (Business Partnering, HR service, CoE, Industrial Relations) with a minimum of 3 years at the Manager level.
  • You have good knowledge of Indonesia Labour Law and local labor-related laws and regulations.
  • You have a broad understanding of the technical and functional components of HR.
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft Office like PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • You have good business knowledge and analytical skills, including value-added perspective, financial awareness, and cost control.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great organization, planning, and time management skills.
