Job Description

As an HR Manager (Manufacturing), your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the company objectives.
• Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including the writing and placing of job ads.
• Leading the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager (Manufacturing) should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
