The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including People Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, Personnel Management, General Affairs, and Industrial Relations (IR).

• People Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Implement succession planning and career development programs.
• Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
• Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Personnel Management: Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Industrial Relations (IR): Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives. Manage collective bargaining agreements and negotiate with unions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
