Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, law, management or relevant
Mandarin is a must
Having 3 years experience as an HRD Manager
Experience in manufacturing firms is preferred
Having a certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
Good analytical skills in Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment are preferred
Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
