Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, law, management or relevant
  • Mandarin is a must
  • Having 3 years experience as an HRD Manager
  • Experience in manufacturing firms is preferred
  • Having a certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
  • Good analytical skills in Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment are preferred
  • Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java

Job Description:

  • Supervise all processes of Recruitment & Selection, Organization Development, Database Administration, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, People Development, Reward & Punishment, Termination, and Legal Compliance
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other departments
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports
