Master’s degree (S2) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry.
Maximum age of 40 years old.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance review, compensation benefits, and industrial relation systems.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in large-scale companies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions in a 1,500-employee F&B company, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build an effective recruitment and selection system to attract top talent.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide career development recommendations.
Maintain good industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Analyze and manage employee compensation and benefits.
