Job description
  • Master’s degree (S2) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance review, compensation benefits, and industrial relation systems.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in large-scale companies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions in a 1,500-employee F&B company, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build an effective recruitment and selection system to attract top talent.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide career development recommendations.
  • Maintain good industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Analyze and manage employee compensation and benefits.
