Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and industrial relations.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  4. Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on workforce planning and talent management.
  5. Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement and retention strategies.
  6. Manage employee performance evaluations and career development programs.
  7. Handle industrial relations matters, including negotiations and dispute resolutions.
  8. Lead HR initiatives to support company growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – must be able to communicate with international stakeholders.
Experience in the manufacturing, feedmill industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.
