Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – must be able to communicate with international stakeholders.
Experience in the manufacturing, feedmill industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.
