Job Description
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead recruitment efforts, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Ensure HR policies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Manage the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in relevant studies with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proven experience in HR management with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Combination of background as specialist in talent development and generalist would be ideal.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Combined working experience in start-up and corporate will be a huge advantage.
