Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, people development, organizational development, industrial relations, and compensation & benefits.

Amidst a significant transformation, your role will be pivotal in partnering with the CEO to align HR strategies with the company's vision, crafting tailored programs that drive business growth while ensuring the organization is equipped with top talent for future success.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring a successful track record in leading the end-to-end HR spectrum with a knack for improvement and growth:

• A minimum of 10 years experience in managing the end-to-end HR spectrum.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end HR spectrum, from talent acquisition, performance management, people development, industrial relations, and compensation & benefits.
• Experience in managing a transforming HR department is a plus.
