HR Manager - Automation (C-117252)

• Our client is a Japanese Automation company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resume screening, interview, exchanging contracts for recruitment, and other tasks for recruitment.
• Planning and execution of induction and training program for on-boarding training and management training.
• Checking and improving internal HR system.
• Managing team members (HR and GA members).
• Attendance management and payroll management.
• Labor management like ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Internal control and penalty response following HR policy with updating.
• OSS registration.
• Management office equipment (Inventory control) and preparation of internal event.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Business language of English.
• Have 3 years of experiences in Japanese company as HRGA Assistant Manager.
• Deep understanding of concept for Ho-Ren-So.
• Experience of handling OSS registration.
• Experience planning and execution of internal transfer and HR strict judgment for breaking company policy by members.
