Provide timely updates on information regarding business and HR issues of the company to the leaders.
Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies, processes, and procedures with the leaders.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Reward, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, and Shared Services.
Maintain, analyze, manage and improve measurements of HR to all employees and supervisors working within the area of responsibility.
Generate HR reports to the leaders regarding company performance and employee growth.
Analyze and take action to continuously improve measurement.
Promote a positive working environment by being the champion of our company values.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related major.
At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role and level in garment/bag/luggage/shoes manufacturing.
Experience in Adidas supply chain work is excellent.
Understanding of the factory audit work of Adidas.
Understanding of employee relations.
Experience in dealing with trade union relations.
Good communication skills in English.
Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
Having a database of Mandarin speakers is a plus.
Willing to relocate to the job location in Jepara, Central Java.
