Human Resource Planning: According to the company's development strategy, formulate human resources planning and annual work plan, and ensure that it is consistent with the overall objectives of the company. Conduct human resources demand and supply forecast, analyse the current situation of human resources in the company, identify areas of staff shortage or surplus, and provide data support for the company's decision-making.
Training and Development: Formulate employee training and development plans, organise various training courses and learning activities according to the company's business needs and employees' personal development goals. Collect employee feedback, adjust and improve the training plan according to the evaluation results, and improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of employees.
Performance Management: Establish and improve the performance management system, formulate performance evaluation standards and processes, and organise and implement performance evaluation. Analyse performance data, identify performance problems and improvement opportunities, and provide reference basis for the company's decision-making, such as salary adjustment, promotion, and job adjustment.
Compensation and Welfare Management: Develop and improve the compensation and benefit system to ensure that the company's compensation and benefit system is competitive and fair. Accounting for employee wages, bonuses, benefits, etc., to ensure the accurate payment of compensation and benefits, and deal with employee consultation and disputes related to compensation and benefits.
Employee Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive employee relations, communicate with employees on a regular basis, understand employee needs and opinions, and resolve employee issues and complaints in a timely manner. Handle the procedures of employee separation and dismissal, conduct exit interviews, understand the reasons for employee departure, and provide reference for the company to improve management. Manage employees' labour contracts and ensure that the signing, renewal, change and termination of labour contracts comply with laws and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Indonesia, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
At least 5 years of personnel experience. Previous experience in Indonesian state-owned enterprises is preferred.
Able to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling.
Familiar with Indonesian labour laws and best HR practices.
Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
