Job Description

1. Lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources Operations, Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and Employee Relations matters of the manufacturing plant.
2. Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
3. Act as a strategic HR business partner to Plant Head to translate business objectives into effective human capital programs and effective manpower planning.
4. Managing relationships with unions and ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives, including managing grievances and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
5. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
6. Drive cultural alignment with company values and ensure they are integrated into daily plant operations.

The Successful Applicant

1. At least 10+ years of working experience in the area of Human Resources as a generalist and Industrial Relations with proven exposure in handling Unions and Collective Labour Agreements.
2. Demonstrated exposure in all spectrum of HR or talent cycle to support business objectives by leveraging effective HR programs and ensuring compliance.
3. Strong knowledge in labour laws/manpower regulations, compliance and regulatory standards.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership skills and stakeholder management to manage and interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
5. Experience working in a manufacturing/plant will be highly advantageous.
6. Proven exposure working in a multinational organization and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment in a matrix organization.
